Carmencita Brunch is a pioneering project that landed in Madrid in 2010 with the goal of bringing the authentic American brunch experience to the capital of Spain.

Over the years, it has become one of the most famous brunch spots in the city — undoubtedly the most popular in the Malasaña neighborhood, and now also in Lavapiés. The idea is to offer customers, on one hand, the feeling of “being at home,” and at the same time, the chance to enjoy a high-quality brunch at an affordable price, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.

Based on the experience of its founder, Marianne Isabel, an American with a love for Spain, Carmencita Brunch was born. She put into practice all her professional expertise accumulated over the years, using traditional techniques and recipes in her creations — always staying true to the identity of an authentic American brunch, served in a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere across all its locations.
